CristalCheck is a hygiene and safety risk management tool for independent hoteliers. The system produces audit results and reports that allow hoteliers to meet their legal and quality requirements with regard to guest safety and welfare; it is built on 20+ years of experience from 1,500+ hotels in 50+ countries.

The app is focused around conducting self-assessment audits based on established standards. The process of auditing includes the gathering of information to answer a standardised questionnaire; the identification of problems and provision of recommended, corrective actions; and benchmarking levels of compliance over periods of time through the use of indicative scores and interactive overview charts.

The standards used throughout the system have been created bespoke for the travel industry and have been continuously developed using the experience gained from 20+ years in the industry. In all areas, these standards will mostly exceed that of international regulations, and at the least, will meet them.

As part of the auditing process, when problems and areas of potential risk are identified, recommended, corrective actions are provided; these recommendations offer the advice and guidance necessary to correct the problem, or to help mitigate the risk.

Within the system, audits provide scores that indicate a percentage of compliance with the provided standards; these scores offer a quick way to assess risk in the different areas covered - the lower the score, the higher the risk.
-----Regular Audits-----
Using the system, regularly conducting and completing audits* will allow for the benchmarking of risk potential and standard compliance over time, and provide due diligence capabilities by allowing historic records to be kept and referenced.
*Regularly creating audits will require completing an in-app purchase. There are 2 in-app purchases within the system that offer access to multiple features.

The overview functionality of the system allows for risk potential and standard compliance to be compared from audit to audit, month to month, and year to year; thus, offering the ability to quickly identify developing problems, and easily see improvement (or decline) over periods of time.

As part of the auditing process, where appropriate, corrective actions are generated - they are a main component in the risk management potential of the system; as a list of outstanding actions, they provide a way in which to segment problems into achievable objectives, record progress towards those objectives, and to simply act as a to-do list.

For those who operate at more than 1 property, the system offers the ability to create multiple properties* and separate audits, overviews, and actions to each location.
*Maintaining multiple properties will require completing an in-app purchase.

For shared devices, each user* can maintain their own properties and audits, separate to that of other users.
*An in-app purchase will need to be completed for each user.
-----TourCheck Property Listing-----
Each user of the system may choose to publish multiple properties to the TourCheck.com website*. The TourCheck website allows its registered users (eg: tour operators) to request audit reports from published properties; for example, when determining the viability of properties to work with.
*Publishing any properties will require completing an in-app purchase.
